How limiting beliefs impact and interfere with success
Limiting beliefs are thoughts or attitudes that we may consciously or unconsciously hold onto that limit our partnership, our business and us. These beliefs often prevent our natural growth from moving more smoothly and progressively. We may not even be aware that such an idea is a belief, let alone a limiting belief. We just assimilate these ideas into our existence and it simply becomes the way we see the world and ourselves. These beliefs are usually intact by the time we are seven years old.
In order to be more aware of our subconscious thinking we have to know which beliefs are limiting our lives. Even if your life is good right now and your business is doing well, there is so much more that awaits you as you become more aware of your thinking.
This process can take hours or even weeks of reflection. Take your time and be curious to investigate your past. It provides information about attitudes and beliefs that you may or may not continue to hold today. Positive, as well as negative memories are equally as significant.
Here are some examples of limiting beliefs. Check the ones that resonate with you.

BLOG: ACTIVATION IMAGINATION
Try a few of these strategies for activating your imagination IQ.
-
Carry a small notepad with you for a week (or even 2-3 days) and write down the predominate & re-occurring thoughts/images you have. At the end of the week you will know how you are using your imagination. You may be surprised to find that you are imagining things you do not want to happen. Thoughts that are steeped in fear-based thinking create like results.
-
Imagine (recall) a time in your life that you were so very happy and having great fun-picture it clearly and add the 4 other senses if they would apply (taste, smell, touch and hearing). Put yourself into the memory and experience how you are feeling.
-
Write down your happy memory and read it out loud for a week once daily. As you read it imagine being there again. This helps you to activate your imagination and with practice you will become a pro.
-
Create a vision board that represents the life you’d love to live (include all areas of your life such as physical health/well being, financial, relationships, spiritually and career/creativity) Post it in a visible place you will see it often during the day. As you look at it begin to engage your feelings.
All these ideas are very easy to implement yet require some time. When you are willing to do them on a regular basis, you are training your mind to focus differently.
MAY YOUR COMING ATTRACTIONS BE GREAT!
